Pride, respect, accountability, innovation, and ubuntu- values so embedded into FNB culture that they have been at the heart of all my experiences on the graduate programme.
The first three are lived daily in a work environment where you fully integrated and appreciated as a valued member of the team (even though initially you feel as useless as an extra 5 minutes in an Accounting exam).
Innovation and ubuntu are at the core of the graduate programme and you encouraged thinking differently and changing how banking is run; while enjoying amazing friendships with graduates who have similar levels of experience but come from such diverse backgrounds.
