Transaction fees:

Trade option 1st Trading Day of Month Delayed trades (at 15:00)
Brokerage fee* 0.12% (excl VAT) 0.6% (excl VAT) min R50

The monthly account fee for Tax-Free Shares account is 0.5% per annum charged monthly with a minimum of R20 per month.

All share prices are delayed by 15 minutes.

*Two trade orders will be placed per instruction - one for the RMB Top40 ETF, one for RMB MidCap ETF.

  • You need a qualifying FNB transactional account
  • Tax-year contribution limit of R33 000
  • Lifetime contribution limit of R500 000
  • A transfer out of the Tax-Free Shares account will be treated as a withdrawal and reported for tax purposes as such

R250 001 - R1 000 000 0.45% per annum plus VAT
R 1 000 001 + 0.35% per annum plus VAT

  1. SA citizen, natural person
  2. SA tax resident
  3. 18 years and older
  4. Must have a qualifying FNB account
  5. R300 recurring minimum deposit amount or R1 000 lump sum
