Link eWallet to account
via the app
You can transfer funds from your eWallet to your FNB account via the FNB App. Now you can swipe instead of withdrawing.
To do this, you need to link your eWallet to your FNB account:
- Open the FNB App & select the menu in the top left corner
- Select 'eWallet' from the menu
- Enter your Online Banking password to log in
- Select 'Continue' to link eWallet screen
- Enter your cellphone number and the OTP sent to you to verify your number.
Once verified, you can transfer funds from your eWallet to your FNB account.

Spend the way you want to
When you receive an SMS notifying you that money has been sent to your cellphone, you can do the following:
2 eWallet send money transactions at no extra costs using the FNB App for Easy Smart Option and Aspire Accounts. Thereafter R2 + R2.40 per R100
Send R5000 - 15000 using Online Banking, the FNB App and Cellphone Banking. ATM 1500 per transactions limited to card default limit
The FNB eWallet can hold up to R10 000 which can be drawn at any FNB ATM or selected retailers.
eWallet reversals can be done on Cellphone Banking by dialing *120*321# and via the FNB App and the Contact Centre 087 575 9405.
