Login to Online Banking, Cellphone Banking, or the Banking App and select Send Money to make use of these safe and convenient ways to send money to anyone.
*You can send money to eWallet from a credit card using FNB Online Banking or FNB ATMs.
To send money using FNB Cellphone Banking you need to be registered for Cellphone Banking.

Send Money
To send money using the FNB Banking App you need to download the app on your smartphone.
How to download the app
Simply visit your device's app store, search for the FNB Banking App and download!
1. On your cellphone (if you have not received an SMS with an ATM PIN)
Note: If you have no airtime, dial *130*277#. This will allow you to buy airtime from the eWallet funds. Next, dial *120*277# to get an ATM PIN.
The SMS will contain the ATM PIN required to get cash. This PIN is valid for 4 hours.
At an FNB ATM after obtaining an ATM PIN
*You can also draw cash at other banks' ATMs, but the free withdrawal that you receive with the Send Money transaction will not apply.
Dial *120*277*4# and follow the steps.
You will automatically receive a one-time PIN (OTP) and a reference number on your cellphone (the OTP expires after 16 hours).
Tell the cashier if you would like to pay for goods &/ request for cash (if/where available in-store).
The cashier will ask for your cellphone number.
Enter the OTP you received into the card machine.

Make a purchase at selected SPAR retailers using your cellphone

Daily and monthly transaction and channel limits apply to all eWallet Send Money services. When limits are reached, the use of funds or the service will not be possible. If the sender's SIM card is swapped, the daily limit will be reduced until the Sender can be authenticated. RECIPIENT LIMITS
The FNB eWallet can hold up to R10 000 at any given time, which can be drawn at any FNB ATM or selected retailers. It can also be used to buy prepaid airtime, data, electricity, or to buy goods from selected retailers.
eWallet reversals can be done on the FNB App, Cellphone Banking by dialing *120*321# or Contact Centre 087 575 9405.
Please note that FNB will not be held liable for money sent to an incorrect cellphone number. Reversals may incur a fee and are not guaranteed.

When you receive an SMS notifying you that money has been sent to your cellphone, you can do the following:
Send money from Easy Zero to eWallet at a flat fee of R10. Up to two eWallets at no extra cost using the FNB App for Easy, Aspire Premier and Private Clients accounts. Thereafter R2 + R2.60 per R100.
Send R5000 - 15000 using Online Banking, the FNB App and Cellphone Banking. ATM 1500 per transactions limited to card default limit
