You can now add family members to your banking profile safely and securely. As a family, you will also be offered even more benefits and services that suit each member's individual needs.
On the app, select the FNB menu and then 'My Profile' to log in to your banking profile.
Select the 'My Profile' option again from the list
Select 'My Family'
Select 'Add'
Select 'Spouse/partner' (or select your child above/ below 18 years)
Fill in their details and tick the 'I am authorised' box
Check the details, then 'Confirm'
Your family member will receive an inContact to approve this request*
Select 'Finish' to conclude the process
You will now see your spouse/ partner or child in your 'My Family' list
*If your spouse, partner or child over 18 banks with us, they will receive a 'Just For You' message to notify them that they have been added to your family profile. Should they wish to opt out, they will be able to remove themselves from the family profile on the FNB App.
If your spouse, partner or child over 18 does not bank with us, they will receive an SMS. Should they wish to opt out, they will be able to remove themselves from the family profile by responding to the SMS.
