Register for Online Banking

  1. Go to www.fnb.co.za
  2. Select 'Register'.
  3. Select the 'I have a card and PIN' option for personal Online Banking registrations.
  4. Enter your card, PIN and captcha code.
  5. Select 'Continue'.
  6. Verify your personal details and set up your user ID and password to access your profile online. Note the password rules.
  7. Select 'Register'.
  8. A Thank You screen will display your Online Banking registration details. Select 'Continue' to login to your Online Banking profile
  9. Login to Online Banking, select 'Buy' and then 'StarSat TV' to make use of this convenient service.

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Select 'Services'
  3. Select 'Cellphone Banking'
  4. Proceed to register and follow the instructions
  5. Login to Cellphone Banking, select 'Prepaid', select 'PayTV' and then 'StarSat'
  6. Alternatively, you can register at any FNB branch.

Purchase StarSat vouchers using Cellphone Banking

Follow these simple steps to purchase recharge vouchers:

  1. Dial *120*321# and press the green/dial button on your cellphone
  2. You will receive a Welcome to Cellphone Banking message. Press reply/answer button
  3. Key in your 5-digit Cellphone Banking PIN selected at registration. Then press Send
  4. Choose 'Prepaid'
  5. Choose 'PayTv'
  6. Choose 'StarSat'
  7. Select your Smart Card number or enter a new Smart Card number
  8. Select the voucher
  9. Choose the account you want to use to pay from (You can also use your eBucks to purchase StarSat prepaid vouchers)
  10. Confirm transaction

What it costs

The StarSat Prepaid vouchers are consumed in terms of the value of the voucher. Each voucher will last for a certain number of days, depending on the StarSat package that the subscriber has chosen. A different package can be selected at anytime provided you have sufficient credit available and you call the StarSat Call Centre on: 086 086 7827, to upgrade or downgrade your package. Please note that on every prepaid voucher purchase StarSat charges an admin fee of 10% and will be deducted from your prepaid voucher value.
