How do you qualify for complementary benefits?

  • Complementary benefits are awarded based on your banking behaviour; the products you hold; and your reward level.
  • Complementary benefits are allocated around the 9th of each month.
  • As your reward level can vary from month to month, the complementary benefits available to you each month may also vary.
  • You will need to book your complementary Avis Point 2 Point transfers online to qualify for your complementary transfer.

How does it work?

The Avis Point 2 Point service is only available within main city centres, i.e. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town; within a 50km radius from international airports.

  • This service is subject to availability.
  • Book your transfers more than 24 hours in advance. You can book online any time, 24 hours a day.
  • 1 Transfer in an economy vehicle (3 passengers) equals 1 complementary benefit point.
  • 1 Transfer in an MPV (4-7 passengers) equals 2 complimentary benefit points.
  • Complementary transfers are based on one-way trips. Return trips will use double the points of a one-way trip. i.e. A return economy trip equals 2 complementary benefit points and a return MPV trip equals 4 complementary benefit points.
  • Infant and child safety seats are not included. These are available for hire from Avis at an additional cost for your account. Chauffeurs are not to fit child safety seats unless the client ask them to and therewith sign an indemnity form in respect of fitting or installation of the child seat.
  • Children must be included in your passenger count when making a booking.

  1. Have an active Private Wealth Current or Structured Facility Account
  2. Ensure all your FNB accounts are in good standing which means that they are not overdrawn, in arrears or in default, and you are not undergoing sequestration or any legal process

Ensure your account has either:
