Lounge access rules
*To qualify for complimentary entries you need to have a Premier Credit Card and a Premier Current Account OR an FNB Fusion Premier Card.
**Guest entries are considered as part of card holder's complimentary entries per calendar year (Guest visits will be deducted from the available complimentary entries). No guests will be allowed during peak times. Only your first guest or child will benefit from your complimentary entries and you will be charged for your second guest.
- Complimentary entries are allocated to SLOW Domestic Lounges only
- Complimentary entries are based on your Reward Level at time of entering the lounge, which is updated on or around the 8th of each month
- All complimentary entries will be allocated at main customer level and can be used/accessed by any card (cheque, credit, FNB Fusion Premier cards and additional cards)
- Unused complimentary entries do not roll over to the next calendar year, except for the month of January where the allocation from the month of December will be applicable until on or around the 7th of January
- If you do not meet the qualifying criteria for complimentary entries or you have used all your available complimentary entries, you will be charged for entering the lounge
- Children younger than 2 years enter the SLOW Domestic Lounges and SLOW International for free, this means their entry does not count towards your complimentary entries. Children over the age of 2 years will be considered guests.

- If you only hold a Premier Current Account or only a Premier Credit Card, you can access the lounge at a fee of R250 per person per entry
- Children older than 2 years are considered guests and will be charged accordingly
- If you do not meet the qualifying criteria for complimentary entries the fee per person per entry is R250
SLOW International:
As a Premier cardholder, you have access to the SLOW International Lounge at a fee of R400 per entry, per additional guest or child between the age of 2 and 18 years.

SLOW Lounge Access Rules

- Should the lounge capacity be reached, FNB Business Black, FNB Private Wealth and RMB Private Bank customers will be granted preferential access
- All your entries into the SLOW Lounges are non-transferable. All unused visits will not roll over to the next year
- If you do not meet the qualifying criteria or you have used all your available free visits you will be charged for entering the SLOW Lounges
- Your free visits are determined from your Reward Level at time of entering the lounge, which is updated around the 8th of each month (FNB Premier and FNB Private Clients cardholders)
- Access will only be permitted on presentation and swiping of applicable card by the cardholder
- Only valid cards will be accepted. No expired cards will be accepted
- Only one card will be permitted per cardholder per visit and must be accompanied by a boarding pass
- Both the card and the boarding pass must be issued in the same individual's name
- SLOW reserves the right to decline entry should any of the lounges be full. Access is subject to availability, according to SLOW Lounge capacity
- SLOW reserves the right of admission and retains the right to deny access should they deem necessary
- Card holders under the age of 18 years will not be permitted access unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years
- Children younger than 2 years old may access the SLOW Lounge for free
- All FREE visits will be allocated at main client level and can be used/ accessed by any card (cheque, credit, Fusion cards or additional credit cards)
FNB Private Wealth Current Account and Credit Card
As a qualifying Private Wealth client, you get access to SLOW Domestic Lounges (located in the domestic terminals of OR Tambo, King Shaka and Cape Town International Airports), SLOW International (located in the international terminal of OR Tambo International Airport) as well as Bidvest Premier Lounges (located in OR Tambo, Lanseria, King Shaka, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth, George and Bloemfontein Airports). To gain access to the lounges, you will need to present your FNB Private Wealth Current, FNB Fusion or Credit Card at the lounge.

- If you have utilised all your complimentary entries and meet the qualifying criteria, card holders are charged R400 per adult guest or child between the age of 2 and 18 years

- If you do not meet the qualifying criteria for complimentary entries the fee per person per entry is R400

Bidvest Premier Lounges:
- Access to Bidvest Premier Lounge is limited to 120 minutes for Domestic Lounges and 240 minutes for International Lounges before the scheduled flight departure time printed on the boarding pass.
- The main account holder is permitted to take a maximum of 2 (two) children into a Bidvest Premier Lounge per visit.
FNB Business Premier Current Account and Credit Card
Qualifying clients get access to SLOW Domestic Lounges (located in the domestic terminals of OR Tambo, King Shaka and Cape Town International Airports) as well as SLOW International (located in the international terminal of OR Tambo International Airport). To gain access to the lounges, you will need to present either your FNB Business Platinum Credit or Cheque card at the lounge reception.

- All qualifying FNB Private Wealth or RMB Private Bank cheque, credit or Fusion cardholders who have access to Bidvest Lounges will only be allowed to enter 120 minutes before their boarding time at Domestic Lounges and 240 minutes before their boarding time at International Lounges. You may be charged for stays beyond this time limit at the applicable rate for the Lounge.
- Should you leave the Lounge for any reason after the expiry of this time limit, you will be charged at the applicable rate for re-entering the Bidvest Lounge.
