What are the eligibility criteria?

Sole proprietor with turnover below R1 million
Must be a permanent South African resident
You are only allowed to have one FNB First Business Zero Account with no other transactional accounts (except a trust account)

Does it include a banker?

No, but you can access business banking services through FNB's App and 24/7 support on the business desk.

What happens if I don't use my account?

The account will be inactive and needs to be reactivated before use. An inactive fee will be charged every month until reactivated.

Will I get business rewards?

No, a standalone FNB First Business Zero customer does not get eBucks rewards.

How do I set up the FNB SpeedeeApp™?

•First Business Zero is designed exclusively for sole proprietors.

•Sole proprietorship is a type of business that is owned and run by one person. There is no legal distinction between the owner and the business entity. A sole proprietor is a business not registered with CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission). The sole proprietor business owner accepts all risks associated with the business and makes all the business decisions by themselves.

•Other business types have access to our Gold Business Account as an alternative.
