Login to the FNB App. Select 'Add Recipient/Bill' under the 'Payments' tab, add Bill. Then add Multichoice as a bill using either your customer number or your smart card number.

Online Banking

Login to Online Banking, add a Bill under the 'Payments' tab, sub tab 'My Bills'. Add MultiChoice as a recipient.

Cellphone Banking

Dial *120*321# and select the green/dial button on your cellphone, then you login. Choose 'Prepaid' then 'PayTV'. Select 'DStv' or 'BoxOffice' and follow the easy prompts.

Register for Online Banking


Login to Online Banking

  • Go to www.fnb.co.za
  • Select 'Register'.
  • Select the 'I have a card and PIN' option for personal Online Banking registrations.
  • Enter your card, PIN and captcha code.
  • Select 'Continue'.
  • Verify your personal details and set up your user ID and password to access your profile online. Note the password rules.
  • Select 'Register'.
  • A Thank You screen will display your Online Banking registration details. Select 'Continue' to login to your Online Banking profile .
  • Login to Online Banking, select 'Pay' and then 'MultiChoice' to make use of this convenient service.

Register for Cellphone Banking


Dial *120*321# on your cellphone and accept the Ts & Cs

Register online

Using FNB Online Banking - login to www.fnb.co.za with your Online Banking username and password, and go to Settings

Apply at an ATM

Go to More Options or My Banking Options on the menu and select Register for Cellphone Banking

Apply at any FNB branch.

FNB Banking App


DStv

  • Login to the FNB App
  • Select 'Add Recipient/Bill' under the 'Payments' tab, then select 'Add Bill'.
  • Add MultiChoice as a bill using either your Customer Number or Smartcard Number
  • Your account will display under 'My Bills'
  • Select 'Payments' and thereafter select 'My Bills' then select 'Pay' next to the applicable MultiChoice Bill to be paid under 'My Bills'
  • Specify the amount and confirm

BoxOffice

  • Login to the FNB App
  • Click the Buy icon
  • Navigate to 'Entertainment'
  • Choose 'BoxOffice', then proceed to enter the amount and Smartcard Number
  • Confirm and your BoxOffice account will be topped up

Online Banking


DStv

  • Login to Online Banking
  • The first step in making a DStv payment is to add a Bill under the 'Payments' tab, sub tab 'My Bills'
  • Select 'Payments' thereafter select 'My Bills' then select
  • Add Multichoice as a bill using either your customer number or your smartcard number
  • Select 'Payments' and thereafter select 'My Bills' then select 'Pay' next to the applicable Multichoice Bill to be paid under 'My Bills'

BoxOffice

  • Login to Online Banking
  • Click the Buy tab
  • Navigate to 'Entertainment' by clicking the tab
  • Choose the BoxOffice account you would like to top up, proceed to add a bill you had not previously done so
  • Specify the amount, Confirm and your BoxOffice account will be topped up

Cellphone Banking


Follow these simple steps to pay or top up your account:

  1. Dial *120*321# and select the green/dial button on your cellphone.
  2. You will receive a Welcome to Cellphone Banking message. Select Reply/Answer.
  3. Key in your 5-digit Cellphone Banking PIN selected at registration. Then select 'Send'.
  4. Choose 'Prepaid'.
  5. Choose 'PayTV'.
  6. Select 'DStv' or 'BoxOffice' and follow the easy prompts.

*Between 22h00 PM and 07h00 AM MultiChoice conducts technical maintenance on their system.
If you make a DStv subscription payment or BoxOffice top up during this time your FNB account will be debited immediately, but your DStv or BoxOffice account will only be activated after 07h00 AM.
