This means that your books are always up to date and you can check up on your financials and the performance of your business at anytime, anywhere via the Internet.

Please ensure that your login and password is kept safe, and to yourself. Your admin user (the main account owner) can add and remove additional limited logins for employees, business partners, accountants, and consultants as required. If you have to access Instant Accounting from someone else’s computer or an internet cafe, do not store your password, and ensure that you clear the web browser history. This application is design to work on mobile browsers and is best viewed on screens with a width of 320 pixels or greater. Alternatively the application will work correctly on a PC using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and above or Mozilla Firefox 3.5 and above.
