STEP 1: Enter your username and password on www.fnb.co.za to login to your Online Banking Enterprise™ profile
STEP 2: Select Payments.
STEP 3: A list of payments will display. Three view options are available: Create + Maintain contains work in progress batches. Authorisation Needed contains authorisation requested and partially authorised payments. History contains fully processed, partially failed, authorised and failed payments. Select History.
STEP 4: Select a payment with a Fully Processed status from the list.
STEP 5: Select Export on the payment from which you want to receive a notification.
STEP 6: Select the notification type from the dropdown menu and how you wish to receive the notification.
STEP 7: Enter the email address/es you wish the payment notification to be sent to.
STEP 8: Select Go to return to the payments landing page.
