How to cancel your Debit/Cheque Cards at an ATM
STEP 1: At the ATM, select Lost/Stolen Card Info.
STEP 2: Next, Debit Card Cancellation.
STEP 3: Key in your ID number and select Proceed or Enter.
STEP 4: On the next screen key in the PIN for the debit card you want to cancel. To edit the number select Make Correction. Next, select Proceed or Enter.
STEP 5: Next, select the debit card you want to cancel. You have the option to select one, multiple or all debit cards. Once done, select Proceed or Enter.
STEP 6: On the next screen, check that the details of the card(s) you want to cancel are correct and select Proceed or Enter to confirm.
STEP 7: A confirmation screen will be displayed indicating that the cancellation process was successful. If you want to order a new card, select Yes and follow the prompts.
STEP 8: To order a new card key in your contact number and select Proceed or Enter.
STEP 9: Check your contact number details and select Proceed or Enter to confirm.
STEP 10: You will be prompted to take your receipt as prove of request to cancel your debit card(s). Note that a call centre agent will contact you with regard to the card(s) you reordered.
